  • How long are your coaching packages for?
    Our Business Coaching Packages are either 3 Months or 6 Months, depending on the type of coaching – this will ensure that you receive the most from our time together and eliminate the need to rush through the work. - Our Private Coaching, Team Coaching, and Group Coaching Packages are all for 6 Months. - Our Accountability Coaching Package is for 3 Months – this time will allow you to develop the routines needed to make the changes you want in your methods and business.

  • What do I need to do to become a client?
    Contact us to schedule your free consultation if you are ready to become a client. Once we determine which service(s) you are interested in, we can prepare your contract and begin working.
  • What if I want to terminate my contract?
    Should you choose to terminate your contract, all that is required is the agreed-upon notice period in your contract, or the fees that would have been paid during that period in lieu of the advanced notice.
  • What will my initial investment or startup costs be?
    - For Business Coaching clients, the only initial investment is the first month's payment. - For Project based clients, payment is due in full before Stephens Consulting begins working. - For Workshops and Retreats, payment is due in full before planning begins.
  • How do I pay for agency fees?
    Stephens Consulting accepts payment through Bank Transfers, Cheques, Debit Cards and Credit Cards. Your invoices will include our bank account information for you to make online payments. You can also call us and pay over the phone or deliver a cheque. Note: if paying by cheque, work begins once the bank has cleared the cheque. o What will my initial investment or startup costs be? - For Project Clients, full payment is required before work commences. - Retainer clients' only initial investment is the first month's payment. - For Printed items, payment is due in full before production commences. o What are your standard rates? Stephens Consulting charges by the hour: - Project Clients are charged up to $150KYD ($180USD) per hour. - Retainer Clients receive a discounted rate and are charged up to $100KYD ($120USD) per hour.
