   -  Finding the tools and resources necessary for success
   -  Building a customised system to ensure long-term success.
We work with our clients to identify their long-term goals and develop a step-by-step process to achieve their vision for success.

Don’t be mistaken: Business Coaching is not limited to your business! Your business tremendously impacts your life, so knowing how your vision and business goals may impact your life is vital to our business coaching process. If a business objective is not tied to the entrepreneur’s aspirations, they will unlikely be passionate enough to pursue this venture wholeheartedly. As a result, they may never succeed in their business. So while Stephens Consulting offers Business Coaching and not Life Coaching, we ensure that your personal goals align with your business goals.

How long are your coaching packages for?

Accepted Answer

Our Business Coaching Packages are either 3 Months or 6 Months, depending on the type of coaching – this will ensure that you receive the most from our time together and eliminate the need to rush through the work.
- Our Private Coaching, Team Coaching, and Group Coaching Packages are all for 6 Months.
- Our Accountability Coaching Package is for 3 Months – this time will allow you to develop the routines needed to make the changes you want in your methods and business.

What if I have a few business ideas? Will you help me decide which to move forward with first?

Accepted Answer

Yes, of course. We will work with you to determine which of your business ideas are best for you based on your location, potential clients, and the financial requirements for the businesses. We will never push you one way or another, but we will help you evaluate and give you our suggestions based on our experience. Either way, we are here to help you design and build the business and life you dream of.
